A4 Bristol-Bath Corridor

WECA (West of England Combined Authority) has just ended a consultation on a second bus corridor, the A4 Bristol to Bath route. This follows the A37/A4018 consultation last year, and further routes are expected to be addressed eventually. The consultations are not just about how the bus services along each route can be improved, but also about general changes that could make the road cleaner, with less traffic, more green space and better pedestrian and cycling facilities.

BWA has submitted a response that suggests how the part of the route within the City of Bristol could be made better both for pedestrians and for bus users in general.
